1. Our products

Every candle is handcrafted in small batches in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, using 100% natural soy wax. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, finish, and scent throw may occur — this is part of the charm of a handmade product, not a defect.

2. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices and availability without prior notice. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly at the email address provided with your order.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico. Please see our Shipping Policy for processing times, rates, and delivery details. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

5. Returns and refunds

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been burned or partially used.

6. Candle safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, designs, and branding — is the property of Daylight Glow Candles and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daylight Glow Candles shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
