At Daylight Glow Candles, every candle is handcrafted with love and care.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we understand that issues can sometimes happen.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of candles that have been burned, melted, or partially used.
Damaged or incorrect products:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing photos of the item to [your business email address]. We’ll be happy to help you with a replacement or refund.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
